This Privacy Policy describes how JHooX LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information of users of the Aevis service ("Service"). • Automatically Collected Information: IP address, device identifiers (UDID/IDFA), OS version, app usage history, cookies, and log data.
• Financial-Related Information: Watchlists and analysis request history. Note: We do not directly store actual brokerage account passwords or payment card numbers; these are handled through trusted third-party payment processors.

2. Use of Information

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Service Provision and Personalization: Generating AI-based stock analysis reports and providing customized dashboards.
• Service Improvement: Enhancing algorithms and developing new features through usage pattern analysis.
• Security and Fraud Prevention: Blocking unauthorized access and protecting accounts.
• Legal Compliance: Record keeping and responding to requests from authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Sharing Data with AI and Third-Party Services

For the core functionality of the Service, we share data with the following trusted third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and app analytics (data is transmitted in encrypted form).
• Google Gemini API (AI Analysis): Necessary data may be transmitted for requested stock analysis. Data transmitted during this process is anonymized as a rule, and personal identification information is not provided for AI training purposes.
• Infrastructure: All data is stored within Google Cloud's secure server infrastructure.

4. Data Retention and Destruction

User data is retained for the duration of the Service use. Upon a request for account deletion, data will be permanently destroyed within 30 days without delay, unless retention is required by applicable law (e.g., tax or anti-money laundering laws).

5. User Rights and Choices

Users may exercise the following rights regarding their personal information at any time:

• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information (via app settings or customer support).
• Withdraw consent for data processing and opt-out of marketing communications.
• Do Not Sell My Personal Information: The Company does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Limitations of Analysis: All analyses provided by Aevis are predictions generated by AI models and do not constitute financial investment advice. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of data or investment returns.
• User Responsibility: Responsibility for all investment decisions made based on information obtained through this Service rests entirely with the user. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting therefrom.

7. Security

The Company uses industry-standard AES-256 encryption to protect data. However, please be advised that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
