How Aevis handles files, analytics, advertising cookies and privacy choices.

This Privacy Policy explains how Aevis handles information when you visit the site or use a tool. It applies to the website and its browser-based utilities.

Files and local processing

Most tools process your selected files in your browser. The application does not intentionally upload file contents or file names to our server, and it does not permanently store the files. Generated download URLs remain available while you review the result and are released on replacement, Clear, navigation or page closure. The audio engine is released when you leave the tool.

Some processing libraries are loaded on demand from third-party content delivery services. Loading a library can create a normal browser request, but the selected file bytes are processed locally and are not included in that library request.

Information used for site measurement

If analytics is enabled, the site may send the page path, tool or category name, coarse device type, traffic-source category and referring hostname. The application is designed not to send file contents, file names, document text or generated results to analytics.

Analytics providers may process technical information such as browser, network and approximate location data under their own policies. Analytics is optional and can be refused through Privacy Choices.

Advertising cookies

If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to serve, measure and limit advertising. Third-party vendors may place and read cookies on your browser as part of ad serving.

You can manage advertising personalization through Google Ads Settings and the privacy choices shown on this site.

Your choices

Google manages advertising-cookie and personal-data choices according to the region that applies to you. Where a consent message is shown, you can consent, decline optional processing or manage purposes and partners. Applicable US privacy controls include a Do not sell or share link. Reopen Cookie & privacy choices from the footer without losing your current tool work. Optional site analytics is a separate choice and is currently not configured.

Declining optional data use does not necessarily remove all advertising. Where eligible, Google may serve limited ads without personalization. Limited ads still transmit technical information such as your IP address; programmatic limited ads may use cookies or local storage solely for invalid-traffic detection. These are not cookie-free or data-free ads. Availability depends on Google, your region and applicable choices.

Copyright and user responsibility

Use the tools only with files and content that you have the right to process. Aevis does not host or publish the files you select. You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy and other applicable laws.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the site adds a service, changes its processing model or must reflect a legal or platform-policy change. The current version is the one published on this page.
